They are really courteous and professional. The team really goes above and beyond to make the property feel like a community as much as possible like providing coffee and bagels, movie nights, and salsa lessons with instructors.

The overall environment is great, the gym facilities can be improved a little bit, also the delivery can be processed at a central or sth. The delivery can be easier to reach to the residents.

It's good could be better. The staff is really helpful which I appreciate! The amenities are nice as well just I wish there were wipes available to clean them especially those in the yoga room.

I have had the most wonderful residency experience here at Foundry Commons plus the management team is super nice and super helpful. They have been nothing but nice to me and my family whenever we a question they are always quick to answer us and help us out with whatever else we need.

good amenities, i really love the pool & the grill area! Victoria goes above and beyond for the foundry! The location is okay but the parking is not very good

A comfortable, quiet place, the office staff are very attentive. safe, clean environment, I loved the dog spa. I loved the bike space. 24-hour gym to make your life easier

I love the open space downstairs! That's kinda rare to find inside apartments especially in San Jose, and the fact there is a net makes it so much better

My experience at Foundry Commons was great. The community is clean and the people are friendly. My biggest concern was being so close to the freeway that there would be a noise problem, but during my whole stay the only noise would come from a couple pool parties. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to downtown San Jose.
