November 9, 2018Rent has been going up a lot. Many neighbors have a/c units that do not work correctly. Washers are always breaking. Drug bust just happened. It was like watching an episode of Cops! People around here smoke weed like crazy.Property Manager Responded

June 11, 2018Problems are not fixed in a timely manner. The a/c units are old and keep running even if off (could result in a high electric bill.) Things like water/trash/ sewer can be between $50-80. Parking in a pain. People breaking into cars. Some of the neighbors use drug. Cops get called.Review from Apartments.com
