Leasing staff is great, actual property isn't great
October 28, 2020The leasing staff is incredibly helpful and do the best they can with the information they have available. The overall building is mismanaged and does not take safety as a priority. This is not a property to live in during quarantine and please walk the grounds at night before singing your lease!Review from Apartments.com
Careful with applying.
May 2, 2020Be very certain you want this place when you apply. Unlike the many places we applied to in the seattle area. The fountain court will not give your deposit back if it has been longer than 24h from the moment you put your application in. They pressure you to apply same day. We found larger accommodations for the same money not near a firestation.Review from Apartments.com
Fountain Court Apartments
July 29, 2015These are very nice apartments in the heart of Belltown in Seattle. Nice neighborhood with great restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops all within a few blocks. Anywhere in Downtown Seattle is walkable from this location. The amenities are also really nice and the staff is responsive and helpful. Good sized studio apartments with sizable closets and bathroom. Only downside is a very small kitchen with limited space for pots and pans. 4/5 stars due to kitchen size, but overall very satisfied with ...this apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
