Leasing staff is great, actual property isn't great
October 28, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe leasing staff is incredibly helpful and do the best they can with the information they have available. The overall building is mismanaged and does not take safety as a priority. This is not a property to live in during quarantine and please walk the grounds at night before singing your lease!

The fountain court will not give your deposit back if it has been longer than 24h from the moment you put your application in. They pressure you to apply same day. We found larger accommodations for the same money not near a firestation.

Nice neighborhood with great restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops all within a few blocks. Anywhere in Downtown Seattle is walkable from this location. The amenities are also really nice and the staff is responsive and helpful. Good sized studio apartments with sizable closets and bathroom.
