I am a law student at St. Thomas University - located 10 minutes from Miami Lakes. I moved into Fountain House in September of 2024 had have loved my experience living here. The area is so safe, quiet, and beautiful. I love going on walks and runs around this area and it is perfect for quick meals. This is the best living decision I have made!

I Am Glad to Rent at the Fountain House Apartments

The Fountain House Apartments are wonderful. The staff and maintenance are so helpful and everything is kept in tip top shape. After downsizing from a Miami Lakes townhouse which I sold after 39 years this has been perfect for me. I wanted to continue to be part of this community so this fits the bill. I appreciate living in a well-kept and safe neighborhood.

I enjoy living at fountain house because it feels like “home”. I love the area and I enjoy being close to all the amenities it has to offer. Regarding FH - graham residential itself, you get what you pay for and so far there has been no complaints from me. very quiet area with several restaurants, move theater, and The 826/I75 nearby. I went to several newly built apartments within 3-5 miles and honestly they did not compare to fountain house. I returned to fountain house to start the application process and within 10 days if not less, I became an official resident at fountain house. I highly recommend this property and ask for Carmen!

Great Apartment and Location! My time at Fountain House was short as we purchased a home sooner than we thought...but I loved it here! The apartments are very well maintained, it's quiet...clean pool and BBQ area. There are tons of restaurants, shops, bakeries, parks, a movie theatre and Publix within walking distance. I have been living at Fountainhouse since we relocated back to Miami in 2021. Our apartment is spacious and at a great location! The price is also very reasonable considering inflation and demand. Having lived in Meadow Walk down the street for 17 years, I wanted an upgrade and have been at Fountain House for the last 3 years. It’s a wonderful complex right on Main Street, but away from the entertainment area noise. Safe neighborhood and lots of activities to do around. Very walkable and if you’re feeling lazy grab one of the scooters you can find all over the town.
