January 7, 2026Been living in Fountain house now for about 9 months. Me and the wife love living here and overall in Miami Lakes. No other place I rather be. March 14, 2025I enjoy living at fountain house because it feels like “home”. I love the area and I enjoy being close to all the amenities it has to offer. Regarding FH - graham residential itself, you get what you pay for and so far there has been no complaints from me. The staff in the office is friendly and can resolve any problem you have in a reasonable time. I mostly want to take the time to applaud the people who work behind the scenes (maintenance workers, contractors, etc) for keeping the apartment ...building's clean and well maintained. May 29, 2024I don’t even know where to begin. I was looking for an apartment near work and my parent’s house. There were several communities in mind to check out including some that were just recently built. I decided to see fountain house first just due to it being an older community than the rest. I was attended by Carmen who did an amazing job from beginning to end. The minute that I was given the tour, I honestly felt at home. Carmen was very helpful with every question that I had. The community is in a ...very quiet area with several restaurants, move theater, and The 826/I75 nearby. I went to several newly built apartments within 3-5 miles and honestly they did not compare to fountain house. I returned to fountain house to start the application process and within 10 days if not less, I became an official resident at fountain house. The apartments are very well maintained, it's quiet...clean pool and BBQ area. There are tons of restaurants, shops, bakeries, parks, a movie theatre and Publix within walking distance. March 15, 2023I have been living at Fountainhouse since we relocated back to Miami in 2021. Our apartment is spacious and at a great location! The price is also very reasonable considering inflation and demand. Main Street shopping and restaurants are walking distance from our place.
