They hook you the first year

They are a fairly decent property, and for the first year of renting it's a fair price for how outdated the apartments are, and the stairs up to the second floor apartments are falling apart/badly in need of repair. Then when we came around to the next year, they wanted to raise the rent to higher than the most expensive apartments in town where the same number of bed/bath are 500 square feet larger and all new appliances and everything. They don't update anything to justify that price like the ...
expensive apartments do, like, they just want more money or get out, so we got out.

I would like to say that I am happy with where I live now, in the Fountain Lakes Apartments. I feel safe and secure and staying warm in the bad weather. Any service needs I have are taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this complex.

Fountain Lake Apartments are a nice facility, has a nice pool and good size rooms and bathrooms. Prices are decent for what you get. The only negative thing about Fountain Lake is one of the main office women. She is very rude and should not be in a position to deal with people.
