  • They’ve thought of everything

    I’ve been here for a few months and I can honestly say that all my needs and expectations are met everyday in this apartment. The appliances are beautiful, AND they work! I opted in for the washer and dryer and they have made my life so much easier. I got the bump out apartment and while I do wish I would have tried the fireplace and balcony, I’ve never been happier in an apartment. The central air is divine, toasty but not too hot.

    The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbor use the bathroom. I hear babies crying, arguing, and screaming all day and night. The gates hardly ever work even though they charge you 50 dollars for a gate opener that you have to get dangerously close to the curb to even work. Staff is rude and unaccomadating. Don’t even get me started on parking. If you get home past 9 PM you’ll be walking a few buildings down. Everything about these apartments are cheap. This place is a nightmare ...

    These apartments are in the PERFECT spot! UCO and OCU colleges are within an easy driving distance (you could even walk to OCU). You can (very) easily access I-35, Kilpatrick Turnpike, and I-44. The units are very spacious and are modern. Darlene, Jordan, and Andrea are all AMAZING that work in the office. Alan is the head maintenance guy and he is awesome! I consider all of them friends now. I’ve lived here 3 years now (a record for me) and this is THE BEST staff they’ve ever had. Darlene calls ...

  • Fountain Lake Apts - Nice Location!

    The Fountain Lake Apts are a large apt community with very nice pool areas and workout facilities. The apartments themselves are reasonably spacious for the price, with middle-tier appliances and build quality. Walls to the outside are quite thin, however. Also, the furnaces in the apts are very loud, so the bedroom near the furnance will be noisy, especially when running the central air. The best feature is the location. It is very near access hwy 77, as well as Kilpatrick Turnpike, so ...

    The one bedroom apartments at Fountain Lake have one of if not the biggest floor plans of all the apartments I looked at in Edmond It is also the cheapest rent for a luxury apartment that I found. The apartments are well maintained and have nice finishing. The one maintenance issue I have had since moving here was taken care of within hours of reporting it to the front office. The complex itself is nice and quiet with great amenities such as pools and gyms. We are across the street from the ...
    Christian university which has nice walking trails and a dog park. The complex is on the boarder of Edmond and OKC, so you have quick access to everything you could want. An additional plus for being on the boarder is the complex is serviced by OG&E electric.
