July 7, 2025I’ve been living here for about 7 months now, and I’ve really enjoyed it. The surroundings are beautiful and well-maintained. Most of the neighbors are friendly and welcoming, which makes it feel like a great community. The young manager is also kind and very responsive when it comes to any concerns. June 1, 2025I’ve lived here for over five years. Overall, it’s been okay—I personally preferred the previous manager, Kim. If I had to give some suggestions, I’d hope for fewer in-unit inspections. Also, it would be great if the community could remind parents not to let unsupervised children run around shouting all day—it’s very disruptive. Another serious issue is the group of ducks that have taken over the complex. They leave droppings everywhere, which is really disgusting, especially since they often ...take over the pool. It’s covered in duck poop! The laundry machines are also way too expensive. With rent being this high, it’s frustrating that laundry isn’t included and still costs so much. And every Monday after the maintenance crew comes by, my yard ends up full of dust and leaves! The squirrels are also out of control—they’re constantly digging in my flower pots!Property Manager Responded
