December 1, 2025For the most part this is a very quite complex with the occasional kinds playing, and the staff here is extremely nice and understanding, I love how organized the apps are and how quick maintenance is when it comes to work ordered, and if I have any concerns about anything the office people are usually very quick to respond with a solution or follow up questions to find a solution, overall I very much like living at the fountain park apartment complexProperty Manager Responded

October 6, 2025The pool is like a resort. It's a joy to live here especially because management is so responsive and helpful. Before my lease started I had no way to access the room but had a package that ended up coming early. Their maintenance team was kind enough to bring the packages in despite them being heavy furniture. 10/10.Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2025I’ve been living here for about 7 months now, and I’ve really enjoyed it. The surroundings are beautiful and well-maintained. Most of the neighbors are friendly and welcoming, which makes it feel like a great community. The young manager is also kind and very responsive when it comes to any concerns.
