    Despite numerous complaints, the management has been negligent in enforcing noise regulations, allowing disturbances to persist and disrupt the peace and comfort of residents. It is disappointing to see such a lack of concern for the well-being of tenants and a disregard for maintaining a peaceful living environment.     I was amazed by amenities such as gym and swimming pool and the fountains. It is a beautiful apartment complex. But it is all about the noises. Late parties held on Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sunday nights. And these parties lasted til 4,5am the next day. Tenants were not courteous enough to respect others. Made numerous complaints to management team but one complaint after another, because it was not just one tenant, next week it was another tenants held late parties. So far, I am not ...

The first time they called and canceled my tour appointment same-day (it was scheduled 3-4 days ahead) because their “system didn’t realize today was a holiday.” The second time they just never called or emailed to cancel, and decided not to show up. Then when I tried to call there was no answer so finally I emailed asking if they had forgotten about me.
