Amazing Staff!
July 25, 2022The staff here is really second to none! Ashley was so wonderful at the beginning and end of my stay and when my move in was delayed because the carpet company didn't finish putting in the new carpet, she offered to pay for a hotel and my Uhaul costs (I took her up on the latter as I had family to stay with in town). She later also got my counters replaced as well. Maintenance staff was always prompt and friendly and the groundskeeper always waved to me when I saw him and we chatted on several ...occasions as well. The only real downside to this apartment is the part of town and the fact it is an older building. Great place!
January 27, 2016I've lived here for about 6 months and I LOVE IT!! The office staff was super friendly and the moving in process was so easy. I have very little maintenance issues and the few I've had were taken care of the same day I called. It's not the newest place around but it's actually in really good condition. I was pleasantly surprised. I looked at a dozen other places and decided on Fountain Square because it was so affordable and close to where I work. I definitely plan on renewing. I'm trying to talk ...some of my friends into moving here as well so I can get some of those referral bonuses and I know they would be happy here.
