Terrible management
September 5, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comOverall, the apartments are okay. The upgrades they are doing do not go unnoticed. However the property manager is the most unfriendly property manager we have ever dealt with.
New Management is the worst! The apartments have no amenities.
April 7, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe management is new. IA bought them and is re-modeling them. Making current tenants move into re-modeled ones and going up on rent $400/month. It is all about money with them. IA runs these apartments as Dictators. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

April 8, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comExpensive for what it is. Apartments easy to break into. Any card pops open the doors. I was robbed. Stayed about one year. Commute into Memphis is hellish driving. Good access to the casinos if you work there. Not much to do around Hernando. A couple of Mexican restaurants. A couple of bars. Lots of undereducated cops. There is a track just beside these apartments. You can go there to walk, run, etc.. It is as good as it gets in Hernando. Good interiors. FIreplace. Comes with ...fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Two bathrooms one with w-pool. Two bedrooms. Additional outside utility room. Adequate two car parking.Read More
