They respond to calls and emails now and that has made living here much more enjoyable because the staff actually responds, where it was not like that with the old staff. September 10, 2025Very good maintenance crew, lawn care is excellent, activities directors put on interesting things to do, management is good and responsive. Fountain Villas is safe and secure, well located in the Rockledge, Viera, Melbourne and Cocoa/Merritt Island areas. Not far from Cape Canveral and other interesting places to visit. Good neighbors as well, good diverse community. Located in a suburban type of neighborhood. Been here going on fourth lease. so what does that tell ya...lol!Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2025Everyone is so nice! Move in was smooth, ample parking, I do wish there was some kind of a bike rack, as coming up the stairs with a bike is difficult. Landscaping is nice and groomed.Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2025Overall, my apartment experience has been a positive one, though there have been some negative aspects, I do appreciate the convenient location, responsive staff, and over all comfort of the unit. Not worth the price!
April 25, 2025There is a horrible roach issue — no matter how clean I keep the place or what treatments I try, I’m still killing roaches daily in the kitchen. It’s disgusting, especially considering how much rent costs here. On top of that, the AC in the master bedroom is terrible compared to the rest of the apartment; it stays much hotter and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. They also tack on extra fees and the water/sewer bill is ridiculously high every month. For the amount of money you pay here, you ...should not have to deal with pests, poor cooling, and surprise charges.Property Manager Responded
