Don’t Expect to Get Security Deposit Back

The place is nice but don’t expect to get your security deposit back. It’s been over a year and we still have not received ours. We have called every month just to get the same answer that they will talk to the main office but nothing is ever done and we still haven’t gotten it. I didn’t want to leave a back review but it’s getting ridiculous we still haven’t gotten it.

The minute we walked in the front door, we knew this was "home." Beautiful, from the dark hardwood floors, rich dark wood cabinetry, the fireplace, deep kitchen double sinks, new stainless appliances, island and best, to the deep soaking tub and the all-glass walk in shower in both bathrooms! Just gorgeous and high-end.
Then there are the fabulous amenities! The Admin building is decorated to the "nines" and quite elegant. The HUGE fitness center, game room, cafe, wow, I could go on. The ...
staff, AMAZING! always friendly, helpful and fun! I love all the activities they offer us all year 'round. This is not just where we live. Everything about Fountaine Bleau offers and encourages Community. I feel very safe here. Everything is tastefully and brightly lit up. The level of care and the zero tolerance for shenanigans they offer us residents (24/7) is AAA+++.
The plush grounds are spotless and always well groomed. Any maintenance requests we may have, are answered within 24 hours.
The entire staff here are First Class! Friendly and polite. They take pride in maintaining where we (the residents) live.
The Pool, with realistic palm trees, firepits, cabanas, grills and resort-style seating, along with everything else offered here for us, is like being at a resort on vacation year-round! We LOVE IT here!
