February 24, 2026Only good thing here is the low rent. For all appliance complaint we will get lot of advices instead of a fix. When we moved in everything was dirty. Cant even open the dishwasher.Review from Apartments.com

January 26, 2026So far it’s been great! I’ve got a snazzy fireplace and a spacious closet for my computer setup to go in. Not to mention how quick the trash and grass area is for my dog walks. And it’s very quiet, my dog doesn’t go off barking every 20 seconds like in my previous apartment.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2026Maintenance requests for issues inside my apartment have been taken care of quickly and pleasantly by the maintenance team. The grounds around the apartments are kept clean. Items thrown down outside the dumpsters by residents are quickly disposed of by the grounds keeper. My only complaint is that there is an ongoing issue that once caused my apartment to flood and has never been addressed so that it won't happen againProperty Manager Responded

January 3, 2026The apartments are overall pretty nice for the price, good amount of size options. But the biggest problem is the amount of skunks showing up, the almost constant pool closures, (ours and 1-2 others have been closed from before summer to the new year) and the paths are not amen care of well. Lots of stairs all over the place in random spots so it’s not wheelchair heavy, and good luck if you break a leg at some point. The paths also have an incredibly annoying mud layer on most of them, so when it ...rains, it’s difficult to get to your car without having to jump over rocks or squeeze through trees to avoid getting a few inches of mud on your shoes and likely slipping and hurting yourself, or getting muddy before work. Oh and I also have to mention getting packages stolen from my porch, and having issues with mail in general since the mail rooms are only open from like 10am-5pm, which is during my work hours most days, so it’s difficult to get my mail on time!Property Manager Responded
