June 27, 2025I really love living here so much! My first year living on my own in a whole new state was so peaceful! It's so quiet yet so close to everything. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix. I havent seen almost ANY bugs at all which is huge for such a big complex..Staff is super nice, Antonio has been great and explaining what I didn't understand before. Anytime I hear about someone needing somewhere, I bring fountainhead up??Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2025After having a little trouble with the move-in date, my family and I are finally in OUR home. My leasing officer Alyssa, was SO amazing and very helpful/responsive! With every concern I had, she was more than quick to answer my questions. Also, if Alyssa wasn’t in the office at the moment, the other staff were also amazing and very friendly!
