August 4, 2025I have been here since July 23/25 so far it is very quiet. I was able to sit outside and not hear cars revving their engines and racing down the street. No dogs barking outside and no poop in my walkway. There is respect for each apartment area. It is very clean and maintained. I still need to go swimming as I hear that we have beautiful pools.Property Manager Responded

June 27, 2025I really love living here so much! My first year living on my own in a whole new state was so peaceful! It's so quiet yet so close to everything. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix. I havent seen almost ANY bugs at all which is huge for such a big complex..Staff is super nice, Antonio has been great and explaining what I didn't understand before. Anytime I hear about someone needing somewhere, I bring fountainhead up??Property Manager Responded
