July 27, 2020The onsite management team and corporate office have really let themselves down with their dealing with residents over the past several months. Poor communication, no flexibility definitely not a "residents first" complex, more so their bottom line. The trash area is often very messy really creates a smell over the Summer It used to be a nice place to live, it's such a shame it's gone down hill so badly.Review from Apartments.com
The perfect Apartment for someone new to the area
October 31, 2019My family and I just moved from Ca to Mooresville NC. We arranged our lease remotely and had everything set up for the day that we arrived to town. Everything went exactly as planned, and we are so grateful for all of Autumn's help with this. The Fountains has been the perfect home for us while we adjust to the area. We love how walkable the complex is, and the staff are all above and beyond!!! They have recently adding some new amazing staff members. New management - Please run away
August 7, 2018The management completely changed because whole building is sold. I have never had any problem with the previous office staff however the new staff is extremely rude and is not helpful at all. Since the new management, I've been to office around 7-8 times for different reasons with no solution. Please stay well away of this apartment. DON'T MOVE HERE.....
April 25, 2017Unless you make sure that you write EVERYTHING down. When you rent here DEFINITELY, DEFINITELY say there is a pet odor even if there isn't! My son left the apartments a few months before my wife and I and was told AFTERWARD that there was a pet odor, there wasn't I know I was there! Then we left on 4/10 had our walk through and was told everything was good except for some blinds that we knew we would have to pay for. A week later we get a call from the manager saying there were odors, ...believe me, unless you put your nose into the nap of the carpet, THERE WERE NO PET ODORS! The carpets were at least 6 years old! Love the pool, love being close to the supermarket and other stores, maintenance crew was fantastic! I have a real problem with the company trying to get replacement carpeting from its resident by lying! Also there were other things that we knew were there BEFORE we moved in, but because they were not notated when we moved in, they became our responsibility! BUT THIS IS ONLY THE MANAGER, the girl that did the exit walk through said everything looked good! If fountains management writes me off as a disgruntled resident, yes I'm disgruntled they are LIARS!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
April 7, 2016Though the place is pretty... I warn you...Once you move out the property manager will make up a story that he smells strange odors. He will accuse you of owning pets if you've never owned any. They will then charge you cleaning fees even though you leave the place spotless. Also had black mold around the shower enclosure...their fix was cutting out a small piece of wall, spackling and painting over it...it came right back because it is behind the shower enclosure. The excuse they gave for ...further repairs was they need to test it to verify if it was black mold... The AC and heat worked whenever it wanted...good luck calling for maintenance... You get put on a list. And the free TV is basic dish TV... Constantly went out. I had windstream cable, reseller of dish, there 4 times before it was somewhat resolved...again, I warn you...DONT RENT HERE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Foutains at Mooresville Town Square
August 11, 2015Just recently moved to this area absolutely love the location these apartments are near any restaurant you can think of, any shopping and tons of grocery stores! I'm also walking distance to work, Lowes foods, bars, restaurants and boutiques. The amenities are fantastic. The club house, pool and gym are extremely well-kept!
