I've been here for about a month and I don't have any issues to complain about at all. I'm in a 1st floor B2 model. Kristy and Hannah in the office are great and are always friendly and helpful. They actually have donuts and coffee in the clubhouse every Saturday free of charge. I actually moved in and my fridge was loud, nothing I couldn't live with but they had maintenance come by and they ordered me a brand new fridge day one. I love the high ceilings and crown molding in the family and dining
...room area and I was able to get a covered parking spot near my unit as well. Being on the first floor I have two floors of occupied apartments above me and I rarely hear any stomping, or noises, and they have pets and kids. Overall the complex is fairly small so its extremely quiet at night and even on the weekends. The overall demographics appear to be some young families with kids but not many college age that are having parties etc. My overall opinion so far is outstanding, even the mail man, within 2-3 days knew me by name. I love this place so far. So far so good.
