Great so far
December 16, 2015I've been here for about a month and I don't have any issues to complain about at all. I'm in a 1st floor B2 model. Kristy and Hannah in the office are great and are always friendly and helpful. They actually have donuts and coffee in the clubhouse every Saturday free of charge. I actually moved in and my fridge was loud, nothing I couldn't live with but they had maintenance come by and they ordered me a brand new fridge day one. I love the high ceilings and crown molding in the family and dining ...room area and I was able to get a covered parking spot near my unit as well. Being on the first floor I have two floors of occupied apartments above me and I rarely hear any stomping, or noises, and they have pets and kids. Overall the complex is fairly small so its extremely quiet at night and even on the weekends. The overall demographics appear to be some young families with kids but not many college age that are having parties etc. My overall opinion so far is outstanding, even the mail man, within 2-3 days knew me by name. Terrible
October 5, 2015We have lived there now for 4 1/2 years and the service has gotten worse the longer we have been there. I had to complain directly to the corporate office a few times and still nothing is being done with our complaints. Our lease is up end of April and we are out of the complex. We are looking right now for something that we will not have to deal with as the current apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

Fountains of Burleson
August 22, 2015This apartment has been one of the safest places I have lived. Gated community, friendly neighbors, and moderately pet friendly. My only complaint is that some rules they have are hard to enforce, such as picking up after your pets, and supervision of kids running around. The apartments are pretty quiet late at night, which is pretty nice, although there will always be some younger adults that like to party every weekend, but for the most part they are respectful.Property Manager Responded
