Great Place to Live
April 5, 2023The staff was always responsive and friendly. The gym and the pool area was always clean and not as packed as you would think considering how good of a condition they are in. We had minimal bug issues, amazon was able to deliver to the door, and the location is close to stores, I26 and I77. The dog park is also an excellent feature of this complex. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to live.Review from Apartments.com
This property is poor
August 4, 2021I lived in this property with my wife. I had a hardship situation I delayed paying the rent. I talked with the manager and explained to her my situation and they charged me the late fees plus the rent. When I moved I found that they took me and my wife to the court. the case was dismissed. This problem shows in my wife and Credit report. Currently, no one wants to approve our applications with 5 children. I spoke with the manager about it and she said "I am not able to do it. It is a public ...record now". I highly do not recommend this property.Property Manager Responded

The one that got away
August 13, 2019Was excited to move in, unfortunately need to move up north because of family. We were halfway through the moving in process. Staff is very professional and personable, and made the application process very easy. Rent is reasonable, rooms are a good size, bright and clean. The private porches were nice. I was excited at being in walking distance of CVS, bi-lo. Absolutely worth your time checking these out.Review from Apartments.com
