May 6, 2025New manager is worse than last. Betty is so unprofessional and rude. Maintenance orders takes forever. They will say complete but the work was not done. Trash outside on the ground. Rats in some buildings, roaches Sidewalk and breezeway are nasty. Gwen is a liar and so unnecessary rude They pretend to uphold the rules but really don't care. Most residents don't care how they live and owners and management don't care.Property Manager Responded

Our goal is to provide a clean, well-maintained community and respectful service to all residents — and if we’ve fallen short, we want to make it right. Maintenance requests marked complete without proper resolution are absolutely not acceptable, and we encourage you to contact the office directly so we can investigate and follow up. As for the cleanliness and pest concerns you’ve mentioned, we are actively working with our maintenance and pest control partners to address any problem areas. Rat infestation
September 17, 2021There’s a bad rat infestation in building 13 that management is aware of and they still moved me and others before me in there. I literally had to throw away everything. Could be 5 star
August 19, 2016The rental office does what it cans the rental Manager is nice but if you live in the back you deal with littering trash, teenagers everywhere and drugs .,.
