May 6, 2025New manager is worse than last. Betty is so unprofessional and rude. Maintenance orders takes forever. They will say complete but the work was not done. Trash outside on the ground. Rats in some buildings, roaches Sidewalk and breezeway are nasty. Gwen is a liar and so unnecessary rude They pretend to uphold the rules but really don't care. Most residents don't care how they live and owners and management don't care.Property Manager Responded

Rat infestation
September 17, 2021There’s a bad rat infestation in building 13 that management is aware of and they still moved me and others before me in there. I literally had to throw away everything.
