May 6, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comNew manager is worse than last. Betty is so unprofessional and rude. Maintenance orders takes forever. They will say complete but the work was not done. Trash outside on the ground. Rats in some buildings, roaches Sidewalk and breezeway are nasty. Gwen is a liar and so unnecessary rude They pretend to uphold the rules but really don't care. Most residents don't care how they live and owners and management don't care.Property Manager Responded

I literally had to throw away everything. Most of the neighbors said the management was aware of it and has been aware of it for years.
