Great location but slow moving staff
August 30, 2018This apartment complex is in a great location near restaurants, beaches and shopping. The apartments are clean and have a laundry room in unit which is fantastic. However, the staff here are very slow going when it comes to maintenance and service requests. We have had things break down repeatedly and the staff takes their time getting around to it. I'm talking weeks and sometimes months. They do month-to-month leasing at the end of your first contract year there which is great since you wouldn't ...be rushed into finding another place. However, we are at the point where once our lease ends, we are moving. We have a few more months to go but we are already looking at other places because we want to have a landlord who will fix things when they need to be fixed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
