We have been here for awhile and still like it okay but the rental increases are insane! Lucky us our annual lease is up during the high summer season so we keep getting hit with steep increases....every year - and despite my almost pathetic pleading to reconsider I get "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do it's the market rate". I get it, it's not the front offices fault but Terregon....Who in there right mind there believes that someone's income would increase an extra $1000 a month in few ...
short years? Because that's what you've expected of us. Has yours? How about your employees? Who's getting all this extra money per unit? It's definitely not going back into the maintenance of the units so just renter beware if you need this place longer than 12 months Do Not rent at your top budget. They do not care what it does to families and price it right where the cost to move (which is expensive too) almost equals out to the extra annual rent increase so you feel stuck. We don't need more affordable housing built, we need companies to understand that just because they 'can' raise the rent doesn't mean they should.
