After living here for two years, I can honestly say the staff made a big difference in our experience. Everyone in the leasing office was friendly, approachable, and always willing to work with residents. You can tell they genuinely want people to enjoy living here.
The maintenance crew deserves a lot of credit too. They were courteous, communicated well, and handled most requests very quickly. When our AC stopped working, they acted fast and had it replaced much sooner than we expected.

property has also improved quite a bit since we moved in, and it's obvious management has invested time and money into making it a better place to live.
My only real concerns are outside of management's control. The surrounding area has quite a bit of homeless activity, though the property does employ security patrols. Also, repairs that require outside contractors, like drywall or paint work, can take longer to complete than regular maintenance requests.
Overall, we had a positive experience and are thankful for the staff's hard work over the last two years.
