Nice for the Price
June 16, 2025I really liked living at Four Park. For South Lamar the apartment was affordable and I got an updated unit. If they ever had to turn off the water you got a notice in advance to prepare and they rarely did this for maintenance reasons. Never dealt with bugs and rarely saw the odd cockroach here and there when I first moved in. They have pest control that comes by regularly and you can put in a maintenance request and they will service your apartment. Maintenance requests were always handled ...quickly, like the next day. My building was quiet and rarely dealt with noisy neighbors. The area was also very safe, I never felt unsafe. They have feral cats that live on the property and the leasing office takes care of them so that was a plus since I love cats! They also have tons of parking and guests can park anywhere. I never had to look or fight for parking. My only complaint that I have is that it's right next to the train tracks and the train comes by loudly like 5 times a day. This was an issue for me because I worked remotely in a client facing role. But that's on me for not realizing the train issue. RENTER BEWARE!
December 23, 2022I was a tenant from 2020-2021. Safety During that time we had three homeless bang on our door on separate occasions to the point we had to call the cops because we felt unsafe. Amenities While we were promised a pool on site they failed to tell us it was not approved by the city yet and we only could swim in it during the last quarter of our lease. Grounds Trash comes twice a week but even then usually the two dumpster locations are overflowing into the parking lot and into the nearby parking ...spots. Property Typically maintenance takes three visits to fix anything. First to see the problem, second to fix the problem, and third to fix something they messed up. We had the stairs to the second floor of our apartment broken for four months before they fixed them correctly. We also had a small water problem that resulted in maintenance flooding our second-floor bathroom which spilled down to the first floor. During this, they shut off our water but failed to turn out water back on so we were out of water for a full weekend. Bad Weather During the snow storm of 2021 we lost power for a full week, a lot of water for two weeks, the parking lot was never plowed, and finally, one of the three buildings had to be closed due to black mold. PERECT LOCATION & COMMUNITY
February 10, 2021I had a wonderful experience here! The maintenance team was so fast to help. The leasing staff was always understanding and very kind. I lived in a Townhome and It was PERFECT for me and a roommate. nothing but GOOD VIBES and GREAT VIEWS! On Fourth of July, I was able to stand out on the front porch and watch the Downtown fireworks going off. Four Park is located to EVERYTHING! I didn't have to drive my car much and when i did everything is within 5 miles!! Garbage Apartment Complex
July 31, 2020Let’s start with from the day I moved in my AC has been broken and now I’m months in and yet have to call every few weeks to get them to “fix it,” yet they don’t. It’s summer in Texas and this is not safe nor acceptable for me to be paying for an apartment that is miserably hot and unbearable to live my life in.Property Manager Responded
