Joshue was professional, kind and patient with me. He asked me to follow him to the unit we were going to tour, I followed the wrong car. I went back to the office, and he met me there and he didn't mind going to look at a unit similar to what I would probably rent. He showed me all the amenities. I was very satisfied with the unit and with Joshue's performance as an agent representing your company.

Is there anything better than not having attached neighbors?! I don’t have to worry about noise complaints when my kids are chasing each other down the hall or my husbands yelling at the hockey game. I can walk my dog around the community and the pet stations are conveniently located. Snow plows are out first thing on Monday mornings when it snows over the weekend. The office staff is friendly and informative! I’m so sad to be leaving but was treated so great!

Air Force jets continually fly right above the park so forget about sleep. The park is located in the flight landing path for EAFB. Worst crime and drug area with no less than a dozen kids killed nearby in last few years. You cant leave anything outside and now crack heads are breaking into empty units. Managements advice: Get renters insurance. Don't be fooled because its nearby military base
