August 12, 2019I wish I could give less than one star for how these people choose to run these apartments. They really will go ABOVE and BEYOND to screw you over. I should have known when I was applying and the incompetent office staff had to keep calling me over and over again for things that they had overlooked. I wish I would have backed out then, but I needed a place to live. It really all started when I had problems with my room flooding multiple times and ruining my furniture that is less than a year ...old. They, of course, refused to do anything to cover the cost of these damages citing the bad weather, which is completely inaccurate. They also excused my roommate from the lease without my permission, which meant that I was on the hook for the full amount of rent for the remainder of the lease, which was over 6 months. On top of all that, there are also some sketchy characters that hang around these apartments and even live there. One of which, threatened to stab me and some friends when we were coming home late one night. I implore anyone looking for an apartment that doesn’t have money to burn and wants a safe place to live to look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
60 Day Notice
January 4, 2019Be aware, if you are wanting to move out you have to put in a 60-day notice if you are on a 6 month or yearly lease. Went through the process of getting a house and we had to pay an extra month, due to this stupid 60-day notice thing. Don't make the same mistake we did. Previous apartments we lived in only allow 30-day notices, never really crossed mind until we went in to let them know and they wouldn't budge.Property Manager Responded

Four Seasons
September 23, 2015If you're looking for a place with charm and located conveniently near the interstate, this place is worth a look. The courtyard four of the buildings circle around is charming. The kitchen and bathroom have a linoleum faux wood floor. The buildings have secure access. Each resident is given a key for the exercise room, should you wish access to it when the office is not open. The pool is quite nice and larger than some of the other places I toured. I was told you can rent a garage space monthly, ...so if you only wanted it during the cold weather, you can. Across the street is a grocery store. It doesn't take much to get to other shopping.
