I wish I could give less than one star for how these people choose to run these apartments. They really will go ABOVE and BEYOND to screw you over. I should have known when I was applying and the incompetent office staff had to keep calling me over and over again for things that they had overlooked. I wish I would have backed out then, but I needed a place to live. It really all started when I had problems with my room flooding multiple times and ruining my furniture that is less than a year ...
old. They, of course, refused to do anything to cover the cost of these damages citing the bad weather, which is completely inaccurate. They also excused my roommate from the lease without my permission, which meant that I was on the hook for the full amount of rent for the remainder of the lease, which was over 6 months. On top of all that, there are also some sketchy characters that hang around these apartments and even live there. One of which, threatened to stab me and some friends when we were coming home late one night. I implore anyone looking for an apartment that doesn’t have money to burn and wants a safe place to live to look elsewhere.
