machines are leaking or the card reader pulls out of the machine. Safety of the front doors to courtyard always being unlocked and you can hear is being slammed regularly. Some tenants are quite rude and not neighborly leaving their clothes in the washing machine or hogging the machines all day, loud music day and night or cutting you off on the parking lot or other lack of considerate behaviors. Management is quite lazy in taking a proactive approach and action in helping when having a problem. They just send emails with apologies nothing more. Many animals live here which can cause many distriptions in noise along with poo not being picked up outside. The neighborhood has also become a bit of a mess in safety at night for your car. The pool is not heated and is only able to be used in the summer months as that's the only time it's clean since they don't have a cover on it. There is no gym on the property. My children and I were not happy with the nearby k-12 schools near the property as well. I would recommend no more than 1 year here.

homeless people are sleeping on the benches and even being handed beer to them from other residents. We have had a constant fly problem where we eventually had to permanently keep our windows closed to prevent them from coming in. Every time we report it to Anna she gets a snapping attitude and says that they are flies and that it's common, clearly others have been asking for help constantly hence her attitude towards the situation. We have been constantly fighting with black mold in our bedroom and in the shower. What was Anna's solution? We needed to spend money on a expensive air drying machine ourselves. We noticed that the mold started to grow after it rained. We saw water droplets forming on the bedroom wall and around the electric sockets, as if the water was being soaked through the wall like a sponge. It got so bad with the mold that eventually we had to move. The mold didn't grow over night, it has been there from the previous tenants, and I bet that it is still there, all they did was to paint over it.
