The property is clean and well maintained. However the infrastructure is very poor. Walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything. Many families live here so there is always children regularly running around, screaming, leaving toys and garbage outside. Street parking is not good and the quality of tenants has gone down with the care from management. Often they just send notices but no action is taken upon them to make sure the high standard of quality is maintained. Often the washing ...
machines are leaking or the card reader pulls out of the machine. Safety of the front doors to courtyard always being unlocked and you can hear is being slammed regularly. Some tenants are quite rude and not neighborly leaving their clothes in the washing machine or hogging the machines all day, loud music day and night or cutting you off on the parking lot or other lack of considerate behaviors. Management is quite lazy in taking a proactive approach and action in helping when having a problem. They just send emails with apologies nothing more. Many animals live here which can cause many distriptions in noise along with poo not being picked up outside. The neighborhood has also become a bit of a mess in safety at night for your car. The pool is not heated and is only able to be used in the summer months as that's the only time it's clean since they don't have a cover on it. There is no gym on the property. My children and I were not happy with the nearby k-12 schools near the property as well. I would recommend no more than 1 year here.

Two and a half year residents

My wife and I have been living there for over two years. Don't fall for its outside charm with the glamorous pools and its manager Anna. And specially don't fall for its false advertisement as a Quiet Living. The neighbours are just pure awful - playing loud music, screaming, rude, and violent. We have heard several times in the middle of the night where a fight between two neighbors were going on and Anna was in the middle trying to calm them down. We have seen on several occasions where ...
homeless people are sleeping on the benches and even being handed beer to them from other residents. We have had a constant fly problem where we eventually had to permanently keep our windows closed to prevent them from coming in. Every time we report it to Anna she gets a snapping attitude and says that they are flies and that it's common, clearly others have been asking for help constantly hence her attitude towards the situation. We have been constantly fighting with black mold in our bedroom and in the shower. What was Anna's solution? We needed to spend money on a expensive air drying machine ourselves. We noticed that the mold started to grow after it rained. We saw water droplets forming on the bedroom wall and around the electric sockets, as if the water was being soaked through the wall like a sponge. It got so bad with the mold that eventually we had to move. The mold didn't grow over night, it has been there from the previous tenants, and I bet that it is still there, all they did was to paint over it.

From the outside the apartment looks fairly decent. Once inside it has a few issues. There is a pest problem, even when you get your apartment sprayed it doesn't last long. We keep our apartment spotless and still get them, its unnerving. The apartment is a one bedroom and is extremely tiny. The plumbing is horrible, and the ventilation of air and heat are weak. Beautiful neighborhood. Very convenient location. Near major freeways. Grocery stores, gas stations and banks in walking distance. Great maintenance work, they’re always making sure that the courtyard areas are cleaned and polished. Other than the poolside area being a bit noisy and the parking lot area as cars come and go with their radio volume on high, apartment complex is very well put together.
