One of the Best
December 19, 2017My wife and I lived at Four Winds for 8 years and were never disappointed with the service provided by the property manager (Fred). He was always very helpful and kind. Maintenance was rarely needed but on the few occasions we had to call they sent someone right over to help us. The area the property is located in isn't the best but the gated community always felt safe to us. One minor annoyance was the pipes are poorly insulated, so on particularly cold nights in the winter you need to let your ...faucets drip or they will freeze. And as another reviewer mentioned there is no covered parking. If Fred is still with Four Winds you will not find a better property manager in Anderson.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A decade of cool living
July 25, 2015In ten years at Four Winds, I've been very happy. Friendly staff, prompt and witty maintenance, and safety (access gate) are pluses. No handsome pool boy, but the water is fine in summer and early fall. Plenty of quick food nearby and short bus rides to school. Pet friendly, but, for us non-pet owners, cleanup is enforced. Only negative is no shelter for parking.Review from Apartments.com
