Both helped me with any questions and also do what they can to make it easier for you on your end. The staff communicates frequently about everything community related, whichc is great because i work during the day. December 10, 2017We really enjoy our apartment at the Four Winds in Columbia. We live in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The area is clean and the apartments are well maintained. If we have any issues or questions the property managers are always ready to assist. December 10, 2017I would like to first start off by saying Four Winds is a great place to live. I have lived here for a little less then a year, I haven't had any problems with management and or maintenance staff, all of my neighbors are friendly the children are well behaved and respectful the property is well maintained so NO complaints from (Apt 1729).
