It’s alright, but not perfect, certainly doesn’t feel as new as they claim

The kitchen is nice, new appliances, nice countertops, large island. The bedrooms are alright, nice private bath for each bedroom. Two of the four bedrooms only get one window, so not a lot of natural light. The others get two windows. The main negative point is the building itself. It is not maintained, cleaned. The lobby and hallways smell, and the floors are filthy, marks everywhere (sand, dirt, dust, spilled drinks). The elevator is unreliable (breaks randomly, not fixed for days), and it’s ...
disgusting. Probably never been cleaned since installed. Honestly, it’s just sad that I have to walk through smelly common areas (lobby, hallways) to get to my nice apartment.
