We use Fourth and Court as our “second” residence and can’t imagine a better place to stay in downtown Des Moines! Management and maintenance has been incredible to work with answering questions, taking care of any issues in a timely manner. The location is incredible- it’s nice to take a walk to the library, try new restaurants or pop downstairs to Hy-Vee.
