April 23, 2026So Far so good I feel very comfortable and peaceful the property manager Blair is extremely helpful and kind. Blair was very patient and sent the maintenance man Imani extremely fast to put a screen on the bedroom window the place was immaculately clean and Blair put Figi water bottles in the refrigerator which I needed when I was unpacking and gummi bears and dish and hand soap in the kitchen counter I’m very thankfulProperty Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Our experience living here for over a year has been mixed. The unit itself is decent, and the rent is reasonably priced. However, the previous management was largely unresponsive. I reported smoking coming from a neighboring balcony, but no action was taken. This raised concerns about how consistently lease agreements are enforced, particularly in improving the living conditions of current tenants. Cleanliness within the community could also be improved. While the carpets have seen some ...improvement under the new management, the stairways still need regular cleaning. These issues are tolerable, but they would not prevent me from moving elsewhere if a better option became available.Property Manager Responded

Uncaring staff, dirty common spaces, package theft
November 11, 2023This place is terrible. The staff are uncaring, doing things like changing the door codes without posting notices so that me and many others came home on a Friday night only to find ourselves locked out. When I complained, they acted like being locked out in the middle of the night was not a big deal. The floors are covered in trash stains and the hallways smell bad. Packages go missing all the time. Miss it
August 9, 2015We were given false information regarding rent increases at the end of our lease. They said there was a 10% ceiling, but we wanted to go month to month. It was a 54% increase for a month to month agreement. Management didn't seem to care about our concerns. They "worked with us" but they were not pleasant about it. Location is nice. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Rent can increase anywhere from 10-54% from my experience. Management doesn't seem to be paid enough to care about the tenants.Review from Apartments.com
