March 4, 2023This is a pretty nice place to live as a starter apartment. spacious 2 bed / 2 bad, 2nd shower was a little small and so was the pantry but maintenence was on top of their stuff. the ladies at the office won’t do anything for you unless you talk to the manager Heather, but she rocks!Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2022I moved in September of 2019 and have had many issues with my apartment. Maintenance has been out to my apartment several times for my included appliances having issues and they haven’t solved any issues. Recently there was a buy out of the apartment complex and we were never informed the sale was happening. New buyer sent in an appraiser and a member of the new company that didn’t take the time to realize the water damage to my apartment. Great place to live
January 3, 2020After living in college apartments with poor management and maintenance, Fox Chase is a blessing. On top of a decent recreation area and a heated pool the paths are great for walking around the complex in the evening. All the office ladies are absolutely amazing and kind. They even foster some adoptable cats and bring them to the office to be played with or adopted. At one point we had a package delivered to the wrong mail box, and the other resident brought it to the office. Felicia called ...us and told us to pick it up at our convince. It is awesome. The maintenance staff is kind, personable and very skilled. All problems are fixed within a few hours of submitting the work order (again, awesome). The unit we moved into had to be flipped quickly as the previous residents lived here for 17 years and caused quite a bit of damage. There were a few problems when we moved in but they were all addressed and fixed quickly. The car ports are reasonably priced and laundry is included in every unit. All the residents I have talked to are wonderful as well. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Fox Chase. The only downside is that we will be moving to Central Ohio in the summer and will have to relocate to a new apartment. Fox Chase has an excellent office and maintenance staff, wonderful residents and is a family friendly place to live. I would highly recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Fox Chase
May 14, 2017I lived at Fox Chase for one year and could not have asked for a better living experience. I work night shift and never had a problem with noise in the community during the day. Grounds are well maintained and there is tons to do including a swimming pool, sauna, 24hr fitness center, and volleyball and basketball courts. NOT better living at Fox Chase
September 21, 2016This apartment complex is nice but the staff is awful. They don't work with you at all. If you have a complaint they won't take it seriously and don't do anything about it. They're very rude as well. If they're doing maintenance outside you'll probably lose some flowers because they step on them. Wonderful Community
September 15, 2015Fox Chase apartments is a wonderful community. Not only is my apartment huge with room for large farmhouse dining table, walk-in closets, two full baths, full size washer and dryer and bedrooms big enough for full bedroom outfit or bunkbeds. It is also a wonderful quiet community, there is a pool, volleyball court, tennis court, park, great school district, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Not to mention the staff is amazing and do extra things like resident breakfast every month, ...treats and fun activities for kids.
