Okay, but could be better...
August 21, 2015For Marion, Ohio it is okay and reasonably priced for being on arguably the best side of town. The cabinets and appliances are at least 20 years old if not older. The ownership company will not put any money into these apartments to make them nice, just enough to be serviceable. The carpet is the cheapest available and I am not sure there is any pad underneath it. The management takes their time resolving any issues within the apartment, but that it probably typical of most apartments. The ...landscape is well taken care of and they do offer community washers and dryers. The exercise room within the clubhouse is pretty sad though because the equipment is old and they do not have any aerobic equipment. Utilities are reasonable.
