August 15, 2023The complex is very filthy and the maintenance staff does not know what they are doing and they will remove your lock if they leave anything behind in your apartment. The neighbor above me walk so hard it sounds like he is about to come through the ceiling. You are better off living on the streets.Review from Apartments.com

Love it here
June 29, 2020Management is great, maintenance is decent, and the neighbors are pretty good. I only Have two issues 1 is with the pool not being operational. Ive been here going on 2 years and nothing has changed for the pool and there is no play area for the children other than that I love It I wish We had washer and dryer inside the apt that would be amazingProperty Manager Responded

HORRIBLE PROPERTY !!
September 7, 2016Lived there for almost a year and it was a horrible experience. Supposed to come with a security alarm never worked would continue to go in and call the office and they never sent someone to fix it. I eventually gave up. The mechanical room door was always being unlocked since I was on the terrace level turns out someone was going in there doing who knows what. There's always kids in the supposed to be locked laundry room making a mess among other things. My Bathroom floor had water damage from a ...pipe burst on the property. Never came to replace it. The playground is nothing like the picture and not child friendly. The office staff is very unfriendly rude and doesn't seem to know anything there's a new person every other month. I had to call the property lawyer for answers. They threaten eviction for as little as a $1.50...I cannot make this up. Besides the spacious floor plans the continuously rising rent and extra fees they charge just to renew or transfer I would not recommend this place to a soul.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The management is great I have had no issues with them. the maintenance crew is always on top of their game and its always police securing the area based on the locations you have your typical hang out folks liquor stores and gas stations. yet everyone gets along! October 12, 2015The building is well kept. The bathrooms are huge. The maintenance team together with the leading office do a phenomenal job of responding to issues and calls in a timely manner. The bedrooms are spacious with ample closet space in the matter bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a pantry for various uses. The home is functional and I love it here. Only downside would be that the price could be less. Despite its location, Fox Club Apartments offers a luxurious feeling of home away from home.Review from Apartments.com

September 3, 2015When I first moved in my place I loved it. The office staff was very nice. But as the weeks went by I noticed that they were not consistent. Although the apartments are very spacious it may not be worth the headache of dealing with the office staff. The community is pretty quiet not to much drama. August 11, 2015The apartment complex itself is very nice the grounds are maintained well...the apartment size are appropriate...the one best thing Fox Club did was change property managers...well done...overall I enjoy living here..great location I love living here, I love my apartment size and the grounds are kept up very nicely. I love fact that police are always seen patrolling the property, makes you feel safe. The rental office staff are very pleasant. Like any property you have issues with disruptive ...neighbors making Loud noise, trashing the halls or smoking weed in their units, but what I like about living here, this community takes action against these types of behaviors!
