The Parkington side always gets neglected, we are still sitting on ice. She has not treated the Parking lot before or after the snow. She does not answer the phone, she is not in the office on time and she doesn’t have any knowledge of the position.

Poor communication and increasing rent/fees

Poor communication from the new property management company. Once you move here they will increase your rent. Since the new management I have had an increase on my utilities and rent raised by $400 in a year. I have an old unit and now will literally be paying more than the newly renovated price! So new renters beware because the prices online is a lie.
