We enjoyed our time at Fox Hill Apartments. The apartments are oversized and have their own private porches and entrances. LOVED living here and Sam one of the property managers was so kind and helpful. If the need arose we would definitely consider living there again.

Sam and John are awesome people! Great management. Process was fast and affordable. Beautiful modern apartment. Wonderful pool, dog park , basketball/tennis court. Wonderful neighbors. Would rent here 10x over. Definitely recommend

Honestly such a nice place to live! It's clean, quiet, and everyone is really friendly! We worked with Sam for our move in, and I have nothing negative to say. She went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with her since.
I've only lived her a few months, but have no intention to move out any time soon! Love it here!

I’ve been really happy with my 2-bedroom apartment here at Fox Hill. The space is clean, comfortable, and well laid out — plenty of room for everything, and the bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen and living area feel bright and open, and the whole place stays quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate after work.

It’s a nice place to live; the units are nice and I can’t really hear noises from other units. I like that each unit has one assigned spot, and the leasing office is good about enforcing that. It might be helpful to have cars registered so they know which car belongs to which unit. I’m glad they upgraded the washers/dryers to an app, very convenient. They are pretty good about urgent maintenance issues, but I have had a non-urgent issue fall off of their radar, so it would be helpful if they had ...

Fox Hill has very comfortable, modern, and well-maintained accommodations. The single room apartments and studio’s are very spacious, and climate controls are cost efficient. Property management is friendly and easy to communicate with. Laundry facilities are numerous and easily accessible as well, and never overrun. I would definitely stay at a property managed by Navarino again!
