May 18, 2024No apartment is perfect but management has done a great job at curbing any issues that come to light. Usually, these are things that aren't fully in control of management like weed smoking and noise. Weed is against our lease (one reason I specifically signed here) and they have done a great job of trying to curb the issue in the building. Does it still happen? Yes, but it is one of those things they really need to catch them doing it to have any repercussions so I do understand. Dane has ...specifically been very helpful with this and all questions I have. The actual apartment is nice. Some of the appliances could be older in your apartment but once they die they will replace with a new model. Maintenance is great, friendly, and usually very quick. They will communicate with you if they are waiting on a part and are dog people which is great for me since I have a dog. They have a beautiful dog park - though I wish they didn't spray pesticides in the dog park like they do the rest of the complex. I understand they are trying to maintain healthy grass and no weeds or invasive species but it makes it hard to take my dog really anywhere for 24-48 hours on property when the one place that is supposed to be dedicated to him is also sprayed. This is usually only 2-3 times per year so it isn't the worst thing just a note. For the price I am paying for a 2bd2bth apartment it is nice. Sure it seems expensive but in comparison to other places I know of it is a decent deal.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2023My son accidentally put the wrong address in for an expensive Amazon shipment. The address didn’t exist, but somehow Amazon delivered it anyway and even took a pic of the door they left it at! Go figure! I stopped at the office and within 30 min, they had found the package and got it to us!! Thanks so much Chuck and staff!! We could have been out lots of $$$ had you not reacted so fast!! Plus, the staff is always so nice to my dog, Penny. She loves them, and they are alway quick to give her a pat ...on the head! Thanks again, you guys are the best!!! Good place to live
May 13, 2020I stayed here during 2015 and it was a good place to live. I enjoyed the recycling and the security of the place. Management was responsive and helpful. My only small thing to note is we had lights up after Christmas on our deck and they sent us a letter asking us to take them down since it was after Christmas. Understandable, but a little saddening. Wish we didn't have to leave!
August 19, 2017We have lived at Fox Hill Glens for 2 years now. The wildlife and grounds are very pretty. The office staff are friendly. Maintenance has always been quick even if it was just a broken garbage disposal. My apartment appliances are energy efficient which is nice on the consumers bill. I have always felt safe and really at home here at Fox Hill. Would recommend it to family and friends in a heartbeat!Review from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015Fox Hill Glens is a wonderful quiet community! I love my apartment and the value is great. Maintenance is quick and thorough and I've never had a problem with my neighbors.
