With just one online search, I found multiple better options in the area for the same or even lower rent. From my perspective, this landlord seems primarily profit-driven with little regard for residents’ quality of life or long-term community stability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting here, as there are better alternatives nearby for the same cost with more reliable management and included amenities.
