Overpriced, self-aggrandized property

Bullet points:
•Hidden fees in the rent (water usage, sewer usage, sewer reimbursement, recently snuck in a pest fee, etc...)
•Total rent cost varies monthly as a result (not good for people trying to set budgets)
•Rent goes up every year
•Dumpsters are overflowing weekly
•Often can't park in front of your own building
•Very high utility bills ($100+ a month no matter how conservative you are, appliances are extremely old)
•Inefficient cooling and heating
•Landscaping services are terrible ...
(grass overgrown most of the time)
•Popcorn ceilings
•Terrible cell service
The only consistently good thing about the property is the knowledgeable and prompt maintenance crew.

The location is great, with Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, and other stores at just walking distance. The apartments are in a nice area too. I’ve been living here for almost a year and I like the atmosphere. I am young but I like quiet places so this has been a great apartment for me. I live alone so my apartment and those around mine are one bedroom apartments. Not sure how the apartments/noises are when surrounded by bigger families. The utility bills are expensive but that is not Fox Hollow’s fault. ...
The people in charge of the apartment complex are very nice and they are always on top of everything. They also have events (free movie nights, free breakfast, etc) for residents, which I really enjoy.

We live here for 1 year. What an awesome community to live in. My boyfriend and I absolutely love it, love my one bedroom and living room. It nice to know I have location near by and walk. Great people, Friendly staff, quiet, clean, etc. We feel so good living in Fox Hollow. This is a home sweet home. We will love to recommend to people.

Love my cozy one bedroom apartment at Fox Hollow. It has a great big kitchen with washer / dryer included which is a plus for me. I have yet to use my wood burning fireplace, but it is nice to know I have it if I needed it. I like that I am able to walk to just about any type of store / restaurant because of the location. I would definitely recommend. - JS

I have been living in the Fox Hollow Apartment complex for a little under a year now. I have never had anything but an exceptional experience since moving into the community. From the freshly upkeep of the landscape to the hospitality and friendliness of the maintenance crew. With a relaxing pool setting and on site dog park, I find myself completely satisfied in all areas. Great place to live. Highly Recommend.

I have lived here several years and love it. It is a wonderful community. Friendly staff. Maintenance comes within 24 hours to fix any issues and usually same day. Grounds are kept impeccably clean and it is a quiet community. Walking distance to shopping and entertainment.

This is our second year here at Fox Hollow Apartments. Love the front office and maintenance staff. There is a pool, a gym, plus washer/dryers and a wood burning fireplace in each unit. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend Fox Hollow apartments!

Me and wife living here since long time. If you are looking for a place which has best community in the area with all the amenities including washer and dryer (which you find rarely provided by apartments), close to all the grocery stores, restaurants, and shops; this is the place for you. Their maintenance team is very good. Always ready to serve with smile. I would really recommend to take a look if you want to rent.
