Safe, Clean, and Peaceful Living Atmosphere

The apartment was tidy, free of rodent problems, and I did not encounter any disturbances from noisy neighbors. The office staff was direct yet friendly. I particularly enjoyed interacting with Dorothy, my leasing agent, as she provided clear information about any additional fees, setting up utilities and paying rent online. December 7, 2020A Pleasant Community with great neighbors. You meet different people from other states. I have been living here for over 19+ years, and have had nothing but positive experiences; the management staff is completely friendly, and the maintenance workers have been nothing but helpful. I have never lived in a better place...
May 18, 2020I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fox Lake. The office staff is beyond helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are spacious, even in the smaller apartments. Everything is fabulous, if I do say so myself. But the REAL cherry on top of Fox Lake Apartment Homes is the maintenance staff. Those guys are truly the best. No matter what problem you have, what time it is, or how frantic you are they are always ready to help. If they can't fix it themselves then they call and get the ...best help they can as quickly as possible. I have never had to wait more than 3 hours for help and I have never had to wait more than a day for a plumber or anything if outside help was needed.
