Maintenance absolutely doesn’t care about residents!!!
July 8, 2025I’m extremely frustrated with living here. My air conditioner has been broken for weeks, and my apartment stays around 80-81°F every day. I have a young child who is suffering in this heat, feeling tired and uncomfortable. On top of that, my dishwasher has been broken for months, and no one seems to care. I’ve contacted the maintenance office so many times, but nothing gets fixed. Edward Chang, who is supposed to be the head of the maintenance office, is rude, dismissive, and acts like he ...couldn’t care less about tenants’ problems. He promises repairs but never follows through. Living here is impossible, especially for families with kids. The lack of responsibility and the indifferent attitude from management are absolutely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this property to anyone.Property Manager Responded

RUN AWAY
December 28, 2024I could speak for an entire book the issues with our apartment since moving in. My neighbor's child was shot, my other neighbors children burned to death here. My other neighbor was shot as well. I was robbed from my home when I left the door open for 5 minutes while moving. Management doesn't give a f***.Review from Apartments.com

August 19, 2024While the school district and surrounding area is great, the complex itself sucks. Multiple shootings have happened within the ONE year I’ve lived here. Also thin walls. So much crime too. My catalytic converter got stollen and nothing was done about it. People are constantly getting their tires stolen or taken off. Avoid this place!Property Manager Responded

Infested with mice
April 3, 2024Really bad mice infestation, management does nothing. they spent money on a new club house to attract new tenants .instead of paying for an exterminator .they put one black box in my apartment it did nothing the mice laughed at it! I’m stuck until the end of my lease because I need a return of my security deposit ,which is crazy my rent should be split between me and the 6 mice ! I’m going to start calling the police making trespassing complaints when I see the mice maybe then they’ll let me out ...of this lease . I can’t believe they think this is normal . This isn’t public housing it’s like living in an nyc apartment .Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2023The apartments are awful, they're old, not maintained well, have infestations of rats and cockroaches that mangement doesn't get rid of, old as hell appliances that barely run and of course recently had a huge fire that consumed a large number of units. neighbors steal packages
October 23, 2022Horrible place don't believe the photos they show on the internet and model because the reality is different. The apartments have a lot of cockroaches, they have a lot of problems and need maintenance and the administration staff does absolutely nothing to help improve it. Townhouses have rats everywhere. Old kitchen cabinets literally fall apart and still charge an absurd rent for what the condo offers. Not to mention the tight parking spaces and the neighbors don't care about their car they ...slam and dent the doors. RUN WHILE YOU CAN
August 26, 2021Your Rent will increase with every lease signing, they have a rodent problem. Trash is everywhere. The beautiful pictures on the site are a lie, the pool has been closed for years. Never come. been in this apartment for a year w dents in the floors , the titles in the kitchen are coming up and the bathroom yuck. They just paint over the apartment to make it seem newly.
