Unbeatable Value, Excellent Management
September 13, 2023Residences at Fox Pointe was my first, and sadly, my last apartment experience. Through my time here, I have learned that apartment living is not for me. I am extremely sensitive to noise so I will unfortunately have to move to ensure my mental sanity. That being said, you won't find a better deal than what you will get here. You are literally a minute or less away from the interstate. Walmart and Hy-Vee are minutes away. And I swear that the QT down the street always seems to have the lowest ...gas price in Omaha. If you have issues, you can reach out to Dan, the manager/owner and he will try to find a solution for your issue. He will work with you as long as it is within reason. If you have maintenance issues, Tony, the maintenance manager, is amazing. He is a really humble guy. Last Winter, my wife's car got stuck in front of our garage and he helped shovel it out. He is a class-act. Seriously though, for the price, it just doesn't get any better. Just be strongly advised that if you are sensitive to noise like I am, apartment living might not be for you. Very good experience with Deer Creek
May 12, 2021This place is awesome. Dan, the manager, is great. When we first moved in, our up-stair neighbor was very noisy and disrespectful. My husband told Dan and he took care of it immediately. Whereas my friend at a different place had a similar issue; he complaint and his manager pretty much ignored it. He got so mad and had to move out. Every time I put in maintenance request; they handle it within a day or two. The rent is super affordable. We had to move out of state; if not, we would not go ...anywhere else. Great Experience with Deer Creek
March 18, 2018Deer Creek took over about 6 months after I moved in. I am so thankful they did, it was like night and day. Deer Creek actually cares about the property; they keep it clean and respond timely to maintenance requests. When I had a slow drain or sink issue they came right away.
