December 15, 2025It’s an ok place to live. 2/3 people in that office are actually here to help, while 1 will make sure you almost get evicted. Theres only about 10 guest parking spots in the whole complex and it’s $240 to get your car out when it IS towed.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2025Greystar doesn't care about fixing anything in this complex. All they want is our money. Allied and Roto-Rooter have informed this complex that they need to replace the piping in this building, but they REFUSE to do so, which is why my apartment floods every other month, sometimes two or three times in one weekend. I have been here for 4 years, and this is the WORST place I have ever lived in. I have never lived in such conditions. I have NEVER submitted so many work orders in my life that don't ...get addressed, but in the system, they show as completed. I have requested to be moved to another unit with the management team multiple times, and I still have not been moved. As long as you pay your rent, nothing gets fixed. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE IN FOX POINTE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2025I didn’t have a bad experience at all. It went pretty smooth. I was told when the waiting list will open and when it did I could just come right in and sign up for it. I came in and did just that. My questions were answered and I was called back twice. I work and isn’t usually on my phone but they were able to accommodate me which was awesome. It didn’t take long after the approval to the move in. If I have any concerns whatsoever, no matter how many… They’re taken care of.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2024If I could give 0 stars I would. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS HEADACHE OF A PLACE!! They NEVER answer the phones. I have called 20x in a row still nothing. Worked with Dodiah who pretty much told me they were going to “push my application through” despite a credit alert that kept popping up on my credit due to my social security card being stolen. Had me thinking I was approved and moving on to the next step, ONLY to receive an email saying I’m denied. One of the reasons being “fraud alert”. Seems as ...though no one knows what they are talking about and they definitely don’t care about you. Just answer the phones so I can get my $300 back or I will take further actions!!! Save yourself the headache and don’t even apply here!!!! They need to close this place down!!! NO WAY THIS IS A 4/5 STAR!!Property Manager Responded
