March 25, 2022Looking over the reviews I see, I don’t know why some people have claimed to have bad experiences here. I absolutely love it here. Community is great, neighbors are wonderful, office staff is great. Yes of course rent goes every year like every place. Reading the last review I’m pretty sure that is one of nearby neighbors who is a bit “off” and lives with a chip on their shoulder. Everyone’s living experience is what they make it and remember the angry reviews are usually from someone that didn’t ...get what they wanted in the time frame to when they wanted it. DONT DO IT
July 25, 2020Worst place ever to live. My window has been broken and doesnt lock for over a year. AION MANAGEMENT are very rude and unprofessional. I recorded all our conversations and i am currently pursuing a lawsuit for neglect. Staff is only nice until they get your money. I would advise against this place and i have photos and video for anyone planning to move here so you can see for yourself before wasting your time. A few of my neighbors complained about roaches and termites as well. Animals living in ...the walls and to top it off they have new maintenance guys every few months.Property Manager Responded

One of the Worst Places to Live in South Jersey
May 16, 2016We have lived here for several years and have seen the place bought and sold several times as well. Bordering on neglect, the management office makes promises they never intend to keep such as updating failing and/or deteriorating appliances, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. This may be a direct result of the complex changing hands many times over, but it shouldn't matter. For years now, we have had an apartment that appears filthy all the time, regardless of how many times it's cleaned, whose bathroom ...smells of mildew due to cracked/deteriorating caulk/grout in the bathroom, slightly sagging floor in the main bath due to past water damage that was not fixed properly, and many other issues such as failing AC wall units that leak and more. Calls for maintenance are answered for emergencies relatively quickly, but never for general upkeep. We've requested general fixes such as a sliding glass door we fondly refer to as the "Frankenstein Door", since it's made up of many varying parts from different doors and won't latch properly and ice will form on the INSIDE during the colder months and a front screen door that won't latch, as well. These issues that I've mentioned were brought up to management immediately upon learning of them and reiterated each year we renew or whenever a maintenance person visits for something other. Remember that I stated earlier regarding how Management doesn't keep their promises? Well apparently, they don't keep many of their threats, either. Last year, we were made to throw out a really great grill that was not even hooked up to propane that was sitting (covered) on our patio or we would have been fined $500, but you look around the complex and there are still dozens of residents with grills 6 months later. These grievances that I've mentioned have created an environment over the years where if they don't care, we certainly don't care, either.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not worth the money!
October 27, 2015I have lived here for two years! The first few months I had no problem until I needed something fixed. I had squirrels in my attic, that they have done nothing about! 2 years now and still nothing. I will be moving at the end of this month & I can't wait ! Don't bother calling the office if anything breaks because they will make you pay ...toilet seat, clogged drains, basically anything. You have to have everything in writing.
