Paper thin walls, smell curry in your home coming from the vents. Can't get any sleep due hearing your neighbors. Water backs up in laundry room and water spills all over the floor, management knows but don't fix it! Hallways need a bit updating, old carpet and paint chipping on walls. Pay too much money to deal with this. Worst apartments ever!

We realize that noise from neighbors can be frustrating, and though there is a certain amount of noise transfer to be expected in multifamily housing environments, what you're describing sounds like it might exceed what's reasonable. If you feel that your neighbors or any member of the community are in violation of community rules, please feel free to contact us directly and we'll be happy to discuss this issue at greater length.
Bad apartments, bad community, too much noise.

Overall bad experience. The apartment was not move in ready when I moved in. The was a water leak and part of my bedroom was soaking wet. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and other kinds of bugs in the bathroom. The ceiling is too thin and you will hear every movement from your upstairs neighbors. If they have kids, you will be in for a terrible experience. The apartment flooded twice and they did not even replace the carpet even though it was soaking wet. The other residents are not good ...
neighbors. Little kids are always running around in the parking lot, and they often run into parked cars are hit them with their bikes or other toys they are playing with. Some residents just hang around near the entrance of the building. I have even had neighbors move my laundry if they want to use the machine that I am using. Some of my neighbors will make lots of noise late into the night, even though they have kids themselves. Management does very little to improve any of these issues. I am moving very soon, and I pray for my fellow soon to be former residents they will be able to move out as soon as possible. The residents that cause some of these problems, I hope they have to live at Fox Run the rest of their lives as punishment.

Pray that your upstairs neighbors don't have kids, or the noise will be unbearable. I have lost so much sleep the past year it has partially ruined my life. The first day I moved in there was water all over the floor from a leak, and the were cockroaches in the kitchen.

I moved into Fox Run in August of 2017.
I received a tour and met a couple staff members a few months before moving in. Applying was quick and easy. Staff members are friendly and answered all questions.
The apartment (2 Bed, 2 Bath, No Den) was clean and has a large living room, dedicated dining room with closet, and a balcony. The neighbors are quiet, friendly, and always smile. Laundry machines are operated with a refillable card instead of coins.
Benefits:
- Free Gym Membership: If you ...
hold a membership at the Blue Ash Recreation Center, BRG will reimburse you for the membership every month. You pay for the membership initially, but they deduct the cost from your rent. Much better than paying $10/$20 a month. It's free!
- Dog "Park": There is tennis court that, from my understanding, is no longer used for tennis. It seems that the only thing its used for is dog walking and playing. Its a nice feature if you have a pet.
- Location: You can easily access most of Cincinnati since Fox Run is right by Ronald Regan Highway. You can quickly get to both I-71 and I-75.
No complaints at all. I only wish I received a renovated apartment.
