Was nice
September 15, 2025The property is well maintained and staff is very friendly. But on the other hand we would haves stayed. I’m not use too seeing the local police every weekend neighbors kids smoking fighting leaning on your cars loud music playing cars racing up the street standing in front of your door neighbors friends or family blocking your driveway so you can’t get out.. I work long hours and my peace is my home there is none.. during the day it’s quiet but when night falls that’s when the bad action ...happens. Sub par through and through
June 4, 2025The rent is high and I’m not sure why. The apartments are not that nice, 100s of coats of paint even on the door hinges, doors nailed back together, mold, the list goes on. None of the games in the game room work. Can’t take a friend to the pool with you on the weekend unless you know during the week that they are coming over and you can preorder and pay for the pass!!!! The new rules they keep implementing make me feel like I pay to live in a prison. Countdown to move day !!Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2025We have been living here for 2 years now and we love it. The staff, mantainance, the gym is everything. Is family friendly and dog friendly. It just feels like home. I would recommend it to my friends and family. No complains at and is beautiful.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2025Me and my Fiancé recently were looking to find our first ever apartment together. We have been searching for the perfect place since early 2024 and nothing came of our interest. Then we came across Fox Run and immediately new we wanted this to be our home! Not just for us but our dog. The staff are so professional and welcoming and sweet. They really made us feel happy we chose this place. The leasing and moving process was quick, smooth and easy. We've already been living here for a while now ...and we love this apartment and community. If you're looking into move here please consider we are very happy with our decision!! December 31, 2024I’ve been living at Fox Run coming up on 2 years now and I love it! I’ve rented many apartments and can say 100% this is my favorite I’ve lived in so far! The leasing staff is super friendly and quick to respond to questions or issues. The asst property mgr, Lindsay, is the best! Maintenance is awesome and handles requests either the same day, or the next. Neighbors and friendly. Property is well taken care of, there is always someone outside keeping this place pretty! It is a little on the ...pricier side, but it’s soooo worth it! I’m currently in a 2br and will be looking into moving into a 3br cause I don’t want to leave!Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2024Regular maintenance done that you don’t have to request, they came & replaced filters. You constantly see workers out & about picking up trash, heading to a building to do maintenance etc. my only complaint is there is no enforcement on dog parks, they are littered with poop, use to be one of them was kept decent but I guess newer people cane & just don’t care about picking up after there dog. It is unfortunate as that was one of the highlights liked as gave a place for me to bring my dog to play ...but with how often the one I like is like the other one just poop everywhere it not ideal. Office people have not had a bad experience with yet been here for about 6 months, they respond to emails in a timely manner, office is openly nearly everyday which is nice, think weekend is shorter hours which is totally fine but least I know if needed something urgently someone is around. Rent is a little on the high side think ideally it should be $100-200 cheaper a monthProperty Manager Responded
