Worst apartment ever

While the closeness to UCA and relatively low-cost rent are Pro's for Fox Run, that's about it. Beyond that, the roach infestation is real. My apartment flooded about 6 times in 2 years time, poor drainage around the building. If you get an apartment here, you will likely see the Conway PD responding to calls in this complex at least weekly. Only place I've ever woken up hearing gunshots. There was even an altercation just behind my building that resulted in a broken window in my bedroom. I know ...

The apartments themselves are decent, however there’s a major roach problem. I’m talking an infestation. They’ve already come to treat for them once but the bugs are still everywhere. I bought a Raid fogger to get rid of them, and when I returned to my apartment after using it, I found a bunch of roaches ALL OVER MY WALLS! It doesn’t matter how many traps you set out. The roaches are always there.

They will tell you to spray them and it doesn’t matter what they tell you nothing happens !! Save your money and if you do get caugh into their trap , when you discover the bugs they will not let you withdraw your lease or leave ! The bugs are literally falling from the celilng and vents !

This place is disgusting !!! Roaches EVERYWHERE. The management company is no help. I have a video recording of the manager saying the pest control guy doesn’t do very much at all!! I’m barley at my apartment because of how many roaches is here so i was trying to move out, they want a years worth of rent PAID IN FULL!!! Stay away. Save your money. Go somewhere worth it. The rent here should be $5. I will be ending my lease.

Pros: Right across from the UCA campus.
Cons: ROACHES. No matter what they tell you about spraying for them. It dont matter. You will HAVE ROACHES!! ALL YEAR ROUND!! Period.
No central AC they have one unit airing up a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms will stay HOT!! In the winter the rooms will be cold!! And they have a small water tank that doesnt keep water hot for long!!
I wouldnt dare invite anyone over here. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

The manager is unfriendly, unprofessional, and does not care about his tenants. I ran into two very unethical situations when I was there, and he refused to give me his supervisors number. Once I did finally hunt it down, I could not get anyone in the corporate office to return my six phone calls in which I left a message. Overall, I?t is a bad place and I would stay away.

I really feel like I am the only tenet my landlord deals with. He is on call 24/7 and deals with every situation as a high priority. When I talk to my friends they don't have a clue who they can call and when they need help it takes them weeks I get a response and a result within LESS Then 24 hours! Usually within an hour!

The location is great, but the complex itself has many drawbacks. It is very hard to get out of the parking lot because of the amount of university traffic. The apartments themselves do not have central heat and air, and bugs and humidity come in in and around the window unit. The building is not maintained well. The fitness center they advertise is lousey. Despite being just across the street from the university, the complex seems to be very unsafe with lots of foot traffic at all times of the ...

While staying here has its perks, it also has its downfalls. The commute to UCA is great and perfect for anyone who needs a place close to campus. It's a 7 minute walk to the College of Business. The staff at The Edge are friendly, but not very organized. The overall complex is pretty filthy and this is not a quite living space.
