Not worth the money
February 21, 2024This place has potential but the way it is now is too expensive for what it is, snow removal in the parking is a joke they just put a lot of sand for traction, hallways and stairs always dirty even when they clean it up on weekends. Insulation for sound is non existent, in the winter the cold air find its way tru the door and window and the a/c the air draft can be felt. Fire alarm can go off any hour for no reason, outside doors don’t lock.Property Manager Responded

Nice place
May 14, 2020I’ve lived here several years. It’s a nice place. It’s apartment living but for the most part pretty quiet. I like my apt.a lot and the new maintenance guys fix things pretty quickly. The manager gets back to me in a timely manner. I like the small fitness center we have. It gets noisy sometimes but not crazy.Review from Apartments.com
Not a good place to live!!!!
October 30, 2019Super noisy. Very dirty halls. Garbage in halls all the time. Super high rent. No snow removal at all in winter. Dog poop everywhere. If you move here plan on getting high on marijuana on your walk down the halls to your apartment. Many, many people doing drug on a regular basis at this place. Oh and the management is very, very rude.Review from Apartments.com
