Bad bat problem
June 10, 2020Utilities not included in rent and they have a very bad problem with bats. They fly very close to you, and the only thing management said was we can’t kill them.Review from Apartments.com
I don't recommend fox run apartments
June 25, 2019Its fine for your first apartment but that is it. They have ZERO amenities The apartment has no swimming pool or work out area. You have to tell maintenance REPEATEDLY to come fix something and they never come until its really bad. They have MOLD in some units (well mine did). The area is quite but management is LACKING. The apartments are very old and still management will blame everything that is wrong with it on you and take your deposit. I am VERIFIED. I stayed there for 2 YEARS with PERFECT ...payments & a clean apartment (have pictures) and still did not get my deposit back. Management does not follow the lease agreement and will let people park in your assigned park with out towing them.They are unorganized... need say more?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I do not reccomend living here
November 18, 2018These apartments need major work .Almost everything in the apartment was outdated and old .When we moved in ,the sink was leaking ,dishwasher was broke, refrigerator was old and moldy, cat food everywhere, old carpet EVERYTHING WAS JUST NASTY !!!! They didn’t even clean the apartment before we moved in ...it takes mantinece MONTHS to fix anything ..the whole complex is just a dump. This is a starter apartment if you just need somewhere to stay for really cheap but other than that I DO NOT ...RECOMMEND living here !Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The apartments are OK, but they need major WORK
May 27, 2017It's a place to stay until you can do better. The area is a nice area and the stores are nearby. These apartments are not bad but they need a lot of work, but it's a decent place to stay. They just went up on rent though and the apartments aren't worth the amount that they're asking. I feel that they should've fix them up first before raising the rent though.Review from Apartments.com

April 11, 2017The entire apartment needs major renovation , Windows have no screen , no working lock on the one window that does have a lock. People come in apartments with key while you are at work. The carpets are old and need to be replaced. Strong smoke odors in vents, on wall and carpet. I am a non smoker and have cleaned carpets myself several times.Review from Apartments.com
