April 22, 2022This was probably the best complex I have lived in. I miss it so much. Shelly was always able to answer questions if she could not, she would find out the answers. Maintenance was always good and never had to wait long for things to get done. I would move back there for sure.Review from Apartments.com
You get what you pay for
February 7, 2021It’s a fine apartment for what you pay, and the maintenance staff comes really quickly. But, the people who live here are what make it difficult. There was dog poop in the hallway for a week, packages always get stolen if you ship them to your door, and the cops come at least once a week. Since I’ve lived here a garage exploded, a robbery suspect got chased to one of these apartments and 20 cop cars showed up, someone came through and hit 8 cars (totaling a few) and then fled, and the front door ...of my building is shattered. The communal laundry works about 2/3 the time and Fox Valley doesn’t own it, so you have to contact a separate entity to get that fixed, and it takes a while. My time here
February 28, 2017It's an okay starter apartment. Slightly under okay. Walls are as thin as a dollar bill, when I first moved in dead bugs in my cabinet, tub was filthy, etc. I found a mouse in my apartment i instantly contacted the office and they put in a work order for ANT TRAPS. My neighbors are loud, there are dogs that don't stop barking, it's not a good peaceful place to live. And to top it all off within the THREE months I've lived here I found a mouse, my neighbors apartment got broken into, someone got ...stabbed in the complex over, and it's just not worth it. January 5, 2017My building is extremely loud and obnoxious! Every person here acts like they own the entire building and can do and be as Loud as they want! Do not do it pick something else!! My time at Fox Valley
September 10, 2015I really think Fox Valley Apartments is a nice place to live. The management staff is very friendly and welcoming. Whenever something goes wrong or there is an issue the maintenance staff is very prompt with addressing the issue. I would recommend Fox Valley to all my family and friends. It is family friendly environment and all the neighbors look out for one another. My experience with staying at Fox Valley so far I would give a five star rating.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2015Fox Valley is a nice little cove of apartments. Most of the people who live there are nice and sociable. The apartment its self is nice, i spent 3 months there living with two other people and we managed to live comfortably. We had very few complaint with the neighbors, even when we would get a little loud. The office staff are always ready to help you out in any way. The only bad thing about the area, is the location all my friends would complain about finding Fox Valley.
