So I stayed there for only a little while and it seemed nice to start, staff is friendly. Had several issues come up, mold from the floor leaking and water damage to some things from the leakage but overall I was ok with that. But then they charge me over our deposit, even though I left the place spotless. So dont be fooled, they are not there to help, just there for the money.

My Son and myself are moving into a 2 bedroom apartment. I think they are very spacious, with ample storage, excited for the pool, and definately thankful there is a LAUNDRY ROOM on site. I've been a tenant @ Fox Valley for 7 years, and I've never had any issues with them. There was never any anxiety in walking into their Office and talking with them. They're polite and professional, and are usually willing to work with you. Their maintenance crew is friendly, and they are reliable when I needed to have some work done. I even had an emergency once, someone caused a back-up into my place, and they were there in minutes, and were done in 10-15. I've got nice neighbors that I'm going ...
to miss, they are also nice people. The area is pretty quiet, and I've never felt paranoid about my personal safety. Sadly, I'm moving out, but that means that there's an opportunity for someone else to also experience renting an apartment that also feels like home. They might be a little more expensive than other places, but I believe it was definitely worth it. The 3 bedrooms were pretty lush, and the 2 bedrooms were also very nice.

I have loved living in my 2 bedroom apartment. Fox Valley is very clean with friendly staff and on site maintenance. While I was in the Army my family and I were fortunate enough to find this apartment and make it our home. Quiet and nice neighborhood with no unnecessary disturbances and 24 hour security cameras. I love the pool and that the washers and dryers are on site and there are plenty so you’re never left looking for a place to wash clothes. By far the best apartments I have lived at in ...

This has been the most accomodating rental property company that i have dealt with in my 20 years of Army service. Great apartment, great neighbors, and great office staff. Shantell is a true professional and expedites any work calls or issues to the appropriate individual. The property owner takes pride in his investment and is constantly maintaining the property. I am glad I chose to live here and highly recommend Fox Valley to any service members relocating to Lawton.

I’ve lived at Fox Valley for a little over 2 years and I have to admit, I love it. The owners are great to work with and are very accommodating. They take pride in their property which is hard to find these days. Lawton is a sketchy area but I have never felt unsafe here. My advice before you go somewhere else, check these out first.
