I like my apartment I like the area I like the perks that come with the apartment I like how clean and quiet the complex is but when it comes to home maintenance it's extremely poor service which really puts a damper on everything else that's so great about fox and hounds

We were in a bit of a pickle while trying g to secure housing after our previous place fell through. The staff at Fox and hounds were understanding and helped to get us into a place that day. Their maintenance team has also been highly responsive with the small details that cropped up. We love how cozy and updated our place is and have enjoyed living here!

In the beginning it okay even for a small space but rent goes up every year and for what? Another new ammenity? No. They will quote a base price then add gas water and trash to make it oulandsish to live in such a small place. Alll the mgt will say is hey we are just doing our jobs….no wonder in 2018 they waived everything and paid $500 to help move in. We were suckered in

I was SO excited to move in here and had such hope for the year ahead of me and i never ever leave bad reviews but this place is AWFUL. My washing machine didn’t work when i moved it (they got me a new one and it took awhile which was fine) then my dryer started to ruin my clothes and it took 6 months to fix it and many ruined items of clothes later and the issue is now BACK. Also my bathroom ceiling had a leak in it (fixed by just covering it up) Our toilets get backed up very easily as well as ...
the washing machine will fill up with water if i don’t switch the laundry out in 15 minutes and leaves my clothes soaked so i ring them out in the bathtub. My living room window now is leaking from the roof and got my computer soaked. I love the staff and they are kind but this apartment itself is falling apart and maintenance can’t keep up with it. I feel so bad leaving this review but i don’t want anyone else to walk in here with high hopes and be disappointed greatly like i was. I’m 19 yrs old and am proud to be living on my own but this place has just about ruined the experience for me and i will probably have to move back in with my parents.
