Don’t live here
May 5, 2025I will never recommend this apartment to anyone. Only lived here for a month a MONTH and every single day I come home from work something is broken or falling apart. When we first moved in DAY 1 hella roaches, every cabinet broken and caved in and dishwasher doesn’t work, broken towel rack, no lent cover for dryer. Dishwasher was replaced which took a couple weeks to do. Now it’s April and raining everyday come to find out they painted over ROTTED WOOD on the windows so we come home to puddles in ...our living room. They state it’s a play it by ear situation after having contractors only fix the drain outside. The contractors state they didn’t even know the inside of our apartment was damaged they were only aware of the outside needing fixed yet the office ladies are stating they have told the contractors so clearly someone is lying. I sound like a broken record because EVERYDAY seriously no joke without fail everyday I’ve had to call them for the same stuff just for them to basically have no clue half the time. The communication is non existent with these people. Today 5/5 was the breaking point when my man tried to shower before work and the panel on the ceiling was falling. It’s part of the offices job to do THOROUGH walk throughs of apartments before putting up for sale. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was looked over before we moved in. And the excuse? “Well the previous tenants didn’t tell us about these broken things” NOT THEIR JOB it is the offices job to look through an apartment BEFORE putting it up for sale to insure it is livable and clean. We pay rent to live in a shitbox and it’s disheartening that the bare minimum and cheap fixes are the only solution. I do not recommend living here at all unless you wanna come to an apartment you can’t call home because it’s so disgusting and broken while no one does anything but repeat themselves. We will not be renewing a lease after the end of this period. I’ve never had this experience within a MONTH of living in any apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Research before moving in
September 25, 2021I wish that I would of researched before moving in, the staff is amazing but they take forever to come in and fix anything. I’m currently living here and cannot wait to move out! They are roach infested and no matter how clean I keep my apartment they still come out the cracks in the ceiling. I put in a work order for mold over a month ago and they still haven’t came out to fix the issue and I have my 2 month old baby in the room. October 29, 2020When I applied to this apartment I instantly knew it was the home I was looking for. At first, I felt a little discouraged because my phone wouldn't load my pay stubs , but Monica was patient with me and even helped by showing me all the office amenities. I've never had an apartment have a beautiful and helpful office space like Foxboroughs'. After everything was settled i did the application and got called back the next day with good news. Any question I had she was quick to resolve and figure ...out the perfect solution . After this experience i would def re new my lease. Compared to my last apartment this is a major upgrade!!! Love it
March 22, 2020I have been living here for about 2 months now, and everything has been great. From the moment I walked in the leasing office I felt welcomed. My apartment was upgraded just the way I liked and I got brand new appliances. It’s very spacious and I haven’t seen any rodents/bugs. I feel very safe and at home. Prices are not that expensive and everything works great! Maintenance responds to request in a timely manner. Neighbors are very nice and respectful. Love the gym, very convenient! This is my ...very first apartment out of college and I was super afraid I was making the wrong decision, but it was absolutely the best decision! Foxborough is the place to be! October 23, 2019I would just like to start by saying I have lived in the area now for 3 years and this is my fourth apartment complex. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Nicole in the leasing office and she ultimately followed through and sold us on moving here. She was the best leasing agent we have worked with in our experience. She was kind, easy to work with, and extremely diligent in meeting us halfway every time we needed something. I was on the verge of staying with my previous complex (who ...offered me 12 month pricing for 6 months) but it was Nicole that showed us that Foxborough had so much more to offer. October 23, 2019What I recommend about this place, well I come from NY, I spoke to Adriana over the phone many times. I had to believe what she was telling me because I had to relocate. Well everything she told me was true! I felt so relieved! Now I'm in a 2 bedroom apt which is beautiful, thank you Jackie I love my apt! I'm not moving any time soon, their stuck with me they became my family that I had to leave behind in NY. GREAT FAMILY COMMUNITY
October 22, 2019I lived from the time I moved here from TN, until I married and moved into a house. I found the staff very caring and trustworthy. The very few times I had a maintenance issue, they took care of it immediately. They are very conscience of the safety, security and well-being of all of the residents. The amenities include an upgraded workout facility, well maintained swimming pool with an excellent deck, tables, chairs and grill for cookouts. There is also a pen where your small dog can run for ...a while and burn off energy. They also have regular events throughout the year for the Foxborough family. I cannot think of a better apartment community; here, you get a lot more for your dollar than just a key to the front door.
